My law practice includes resolving employment, hiring, or termination related disputes. I also have experience with wage and hour claims.
I understand that employment disputes can be emotionally charged, particularly when a long-time and loyal employee is terminated unexpectedly or their rights are violated. With that in mind, I will work with you to explore your options, find a solution that you are comfortable with, and diligently pursue your goals. Sometimes that is enforcing your rights in court and sometimes it is merely communicating to your employer that you will not be pushed around.
I can also assist you in any contract disputes, negotiations, or formations. When an employer hands you a piece of paper to sign that may affect your rights, it is often wise to have the document reviewed by counsel that is looking out for your interests.
